Video Scripts

Written for the hybrid pipeline: humans on camera for the open and close, the voice clone and b-roll for the middle. Copy what each tool needs.

1 · Record the bookends

Phone, quiet room, eye level. One sitting can bank a month of intros and outros — read them all back to back.

2 · Descript cleanup

Drop the takes in: Studio Sound on, remove filler words, Eye Contact if needed. This is where an okay take becomes a good one.

3 · Generate the middle

HeyGen (UI, not API — API needs its own credit pack): paste the AI VO text with the person's cloned voice. Higgsfield renders the b-roll prompts, 9:16, no audio.

4 · Assemble in Descript

Intro → VO middle with b-roll layered over → outro. Auto-captions on everything. Export 9:16 and it goes to the scheduler.

Starter scripts

Plain, useful, unhurried. Teach one thing and let the trust do the selling — no rates, no payments, no promise of approval.

  • The document that holds everything up

    FULL RECORD · ~35s

Evergreen. Works as a first post and re-posts well every few months.

    ON CAMERA

There's one document that holds up more loans than anything else, and almost nobody sends it first.

    AI VO

It's the full bank statement — every page, including the blank one at the back. Underwriting needs the whole document, and a missing final page sends the file back around the loop. Same with a large deposit: if money landed in your account that didn't come from payroll, we have to show where it came from. Neither is a problem. Both are a delay if they show up late.

B-roll: Close on hands sorting paper at a kitchen table, morning light, shallow focus, cinematic 9:16

    ON CAMERA

Send everything at the start and the whole thing moves faster. That's the tip.

No rates, no payment figures, no 'you'll qualify'. This teaches a process step — it must never imply an approval or a term.

  • The question I get every week

    FULL RECORD · ~30s

When you want something human rather than instructional.

    ON CAMERA

Somebody asked me this again this week: [paste the actual question you were asked].

    ON CAMERA

[Answer it in two or three plain sentences. Say what is true generally, and say that the specifics depend on the file. Do not quote a number.]

    ON CAMERA

If that's the question you're sitting on too, it's worth a conversation before you start looking.

Never repeat a client's details, even without their name. Answer generally. No rate, payment, or approval language.
